İGA Istanbul Airport has been honored as the ‘World's Best Airport’ by the esteemed editors and readers of Condé Nast Traveler, the renowned travel magazine based in New York and London.
Boasting a remarkable 115-year legacy as a leading name in travel publishing, the magazine acknowledged iGA Istanbul Airport as the ‘World's Best Airport’ with the votes of its discerning readers.
In the recent annual ‘Readers’ Choice’ survey carried out by the magazine that gathered votes from hundreds of thousands of travelers, İGA Istanbul Airport has once again claimed the top position globally, surpassing Changi Airport in Singapore, which secured the second spot, mirroring the results from 2022.
Recently, İGA Istanbul Airport has also been honored as the top airport of 2024 by Travel + Leisure magazine, another leading publication in the industry.
According to the list published by Condé Nast Traveler, Seoul Incheon Airport in South Korea was placed in third place, with Hamad International Airport in Doha securing the fourth spot, and Zurich Airport in Switzerland following closely behind.
Hong Kong International Airport secured the sixth position, followed by Dubai International Airport in seventh place, and Tokyo's Haneda Airport in eighth. Indira Gandhi International Airport and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airport in Mumbai have achieved notable recognition, securing the ninth and tenth positions on the list.
