Airlines Taking Their Places at The İstanbul New Airport

As the Istanbul New Airport construction continues in full gear, airline companies, that wish to operate at the new airport, started renting spaces. İGA will continue to accept request forms from airlines and airline service providers until November 18, 2016. 

A critical period began for companies that wish to lease spaces at the Istanbul New Airport which will position Turkey as a global aviation hub in the future. İGA will determine the square meter rental fees based on the latest Public-Private Sector Cooperation (KÖİ) rates that will be published by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMİ) before opening the Istanbul New Airport. This rental fee tariff will be officialized after being approved by the DHMİ. Accordingly; invitations were sent to over 60 airline companies and airline service providers to submit their requests to İGA. Companies must submit their request forms until November 18, 2016 so that their preparations are complete to start operations before the opening of the airport.
